We should be going for quality not quantity as we're stacked in that department. What ever our summer budget be. I'll be happy with 2 major signings then let's say 4 good signings.
same here, I think Juve will have a big budget next summer and am hoping for 2 major signing instead of squad players. but that said, improving from here is going to be difficult, if Juve gets those 2 players wrong then we could be worse off. unlike what some people think I don't see any guarantee that we'll improve by changing for the sake of it. Scudetto champions now, could easily be worse by changing the conditions that got us here but one has to take risks to move forward.

Just based on age and potential we would be stupid to not sign Lukaku, if he is in fact available. Also, we would have a huge edge over Spurs given we have CL and they are in such disarray. Lukaku has done great this season and the fact he is Pogba's age yet has been playing at such a high level for so long shows he is the real deal.

If we are sticking to 3-5-2 like to see RVP up front partnering Tevez, that is if we can strike a similar deal like Tevez.
Ya he is old but i guess we can get at least 2 good season and Europe will be trembling at the sight of this two together.

Cuadrado, for RWB is going to be extremely unlikely as we need to deal with Fiorentina. An alternative would be Valencia. He would skin the opposition in Serie A with his pace and workrate.

For LWB, Asamoah is going to stay, though we need another one as he will be dealing with African Nations Cup. Currently, the market is short of good left sided players and on top of that we need to get them cheap. If going by the JuveItalia policy, maybe Santon ?

We need another CM for rotation and also Pirlo's aging. Surely he cant play on forever though he still gives delivers quality set-pieces. Someone more dynamic would be preferable. I would think Pjanic but he is not gonna be cheap from Roma. Veratti was a lost opportunity. Not sure of any names which we realistically can approach and be an upgrade for us.

In defense, though Bonucci is just an extra body and Chiellini no longer the same guy he used to be, I cant see Conte dropping any of them for someone else. Caceres is best a decent bench option for his versatility and Ogbonna has never really showed he is able to displace any of them. Although we are rumored with a number of defenders , i doubt its true.

He is an investment though, we could buy him for 20 million and sell him for 50 million after he wins a few scudettos here :)

I would love to see RVP here, Also he is not really old, He is only 30 and we could probably get him for pretty cheap if its true he wants out of United. I think he would go great with Tevez, especially how he likes to drift in from the right with that left foot.

I dont think moyes has found the right balance in attack for Mata, Rooney and RVP, not forgetting kagawa on the bench, I can't see RVP wanting to stay beyond this summer and man utd would do well to sell him tbh

Ya, there have been slight discontent as Mata needs to play behind the striker and Rooney and RVP makes a bad pairing when they play together. Missing out on CL as well could make him look for a switch. RVP is good in making those runs and imagine Pirlo's long balls finding him.

martinez and bonucci is still marotta's biggest signing in terms of fee, so anything more than that i suppose
Isn't Asamoah is Marotta's most expensive.

uhh... we got Asamoah for 18M... Martinez for 12M and Bonucci for 15,5M according to transfermarkt.com....

it's safe to say that a major signing for us is 20M or higher....

I have read a lot of how he is not pleased with Moyes and the training methods of the new Man Utd. staff. He blames his injuries this year on the training Moyes has them doing. RVP's main desire when he left Arsenal was to win trophies and after winning the EPL last season he had to be deflated with Sir Alex retired and the team went in the gutter. With no CL and prob no chance of EPL next season I could see him being convinced to join Juve so he can win more titles and compete in the CL. Its easier for him to join us from Man Utd then another EPL rival, as United hate selling to rival teams.

apparently his 'injuries' this year on the whole were faked and was in fact available to play, if this is true that already suggests he has little to no desire to play for man utd
