i wudnt mind selling pogba. where the fizzuck are we to get cash from to improve the team. we can use part of that money on someone in pogba's role who can offer equal to, more than, or (at worst)incrementally less than what pogba(on his best day) can offer AND have sufficient funds to cover other areas properly so the team can better express themselves as a unit.

i always try think of an optimal solution which may call for making decisions you may not want to make, but have to make when considering your process parameters, operating cost and product spec

Pogba no game changer he is 21 ffs!!! this season: won us the match against torino, won us the match against parma, had vital assists in a couple of matches... last season: won us the match against bologna, was vital against udinese with 2 goals...

"Play bad football" FFS we are still the only team that could actually trouble Real Madrid this season... they have won every match in the CL and freaking simple (1-6 against Gala and Schalke and so on) but they drew and could barely win against us

also: Di Maria + a LB + Iturbe and so on isn't really possible...

I don't see how changing to a 433 would require a choice between Tevez and Llorente. The 433 which we played in Conte's first season had Vucinic on the left and Pepe on the right. Pepe and Lichtsteiner were bombing it up and down the flank the whole game, often overlapping and generally being wingers.

Vucinic on the left, though, was playing as much more of an SS than a LW. I'm not sure if he took it down the line instead of cutting in even once. I don't see why Tevez couldn't play like that, with Giovinco as a backup (and therefore being used as he was at Parma when he had those two great seasons).

By that rationale we would only need to sign two wingers, both for the RW. Of course that's presuming that Isla doesn't suddenly recover whatever tactical understanding and ability to make decisions that he had pre-injury. If Isla comes back into some kind of form he could be used as a RW bench option.

So if switching to a 433 we could get away with only signing two RWs and one LB.

Man I've been saying this for a long time now but then you get "Tevez can't play on the wing" bullshit argument. It's like he's mentally disabled or something. Such a technically gifted player with so much grinta and works very hard in defense can't play on the wing PSG plays Cavani on the wing and they're just fine. Killing their mickey mouse league just like we do but in CL they're doing much better than Juve ... with Cavani on the wing

Will be bargain if we sell Pogba for 60mill euros,but must try to be smart for his replacement.One from KOndogbia and William Carvalho will suit his place.No need to be big star,just promissing one.Also think Alexis Sanchez is much needed for 4-3-3!

I don't think anyone is saying he can't play there, I just wonder how wise it is to move a (currently) 19 goal striker out wide, especially when he considers himself a CF.

I never said llorente deal was bad! But If we can sell for clear to 20,we schould do it!! The problem for us to Get to that next level is we fucking need players Who have pace and dribling skills! These kind of players win you the big matches - all big teams have.. We don't! In My opinion all we need to Cloe the gap on the top 5 clubs is the players with x factor!! We have the base, but we that extra something!!
