I thought it would be smart to swap Pogba for Verratti and cash and than trigger Strootman's release clause (for example 30m?), as we would be missing some strength in midfield if we let Pogba leave.

It's again win-win situation, because we would weaken Roma signifcantly as well.

Probably the best player for Japan U18, he's an AM who can play from one side of the pitch to the other (pretty standard for Japanese AMs). Very small, reminds me of a cross between Giovinco and Kagawa.

If we could not bring any quality players instead of Pogba then do not sell. Some names mentioned here are either unrealistic or not good enough. Just give him those 5-6 mln per year and we all gonna be happy.
