Where do you have this information from? Barca would be pretty damn stupid to let go of him for anything less than 40 million.

Barca have yet to discuss a contract renewal with him. His contract runs until 2016

Hypothetically speaking. Just because he's doing well at some mid-table club doesn't suggest he'd make it here.

Giovinco has been great for Parma as well, when we brought him here we saw what he's capable of.
But this is a massively flawed argument, because otherwise we'd never sign a player from a lower ranked club, Cuadrado included.

Barca will never let Sanchez go for less than 35-40M.
He's exactly the type of the player we need.but back to reality i think Nani/Cerci/Menez level players is the one who can be possibly bought.

Unless Barca get another winger and tell Sanchez to GTFO there's no chance to get him, even then we would have a lot of competition.

Sanchez currently is their topscorer.. he is in the form of his life...

he isn't going anywhere for less than 40M... if there are rumours of us offering something like 25M, another club like tottenham, arsenal, chelsea and so on wil immediately come knocking with 30M+..

It really isnt.I have seen plenty of these players who work well in a particular system but are not dynamic enough to take their game to the next level.Giovinco had everything going around for him at Parma as well but he ended up being a total misfit in our system.

This Cerci has already failed at two clubs and is on the verge of being 27.How much better you think he can get ? And as already said above,he has ideal conditions going about for him at Torino.

If we were to defend and counter like mid-table clubs, sure i'd welcome him here. But most of the time we are looking to control the game than let the opposition have the ball.I have watched him enough and against defenses that dont give much space,he really is shut down pretty easily.
