Why is it either or? Cerci being our top priority sounds like we're a midtable club. That transfer is probably suited for Milan or Inter when they are trying to get back on the top. We on the other hand have to look up for a quality player to drag us through Europe. Is Cerci that guy? I wouldn't say so.
