Your wrong dude, Hellas received 22m for 70% of the fee, the other 30% belongs to his agent. Juventus wanted to pay 27m for the whole 100%, that would've meant around 19m to Hellas and 8m to his agent. I'm pretty sure Mascardi's greed was the main obstacle cuz he hopes to get more money in a future transfer.
