Check the Vidal thread, ALC. Salvo posted Arturo's quote there, I think.

Goal sensationalizing some, as always.

Edit: here it is.

“No estoy pensando dónde me voy a ir, estoy aprovechando mis vacaciones con la gente que quiero. Después cuando llegue a Italia lo veré”, expresó, agregando que “ya estoy en un equipo grande, la Juventus”.

Run through Google Trans, it reads:

"I'm not thinking about where I'm going, I'm taking my vacation with people I love. Then when you get to Italy I will see, "he said, adding," I'm in a big team, Juventus. "

Even the crappy Mirror was running the Vidal 'story' as the back pager, saying how they 'won't be held to ransom' with Juventus 'demanding £32m'.

These people don't have a clue, just riding the wave of Twitternet wannabes.

Interviews mean nothing, even if he confirms hes staying with Juve it means nothing.

I was annoyed at his comments of if the deal to United falls through then hes happy to remain at Juve..its hard to find loyal players nowadays

* Daniele Baselli via sky: "Pirlo is my idol".

* CalcioMercato via Dailymail: Vidal is no longer a target for united. Van Gaal has changed his goal and decided to give up once and for all the 27 year old. According to Sky Sports Juventus has been contacted only a month ago from Manchester United for Arturo Vidal, from then on juventus has not received any official offer and there were no more speeches addressed between the two companies regarding the transfer of the player.

* GDM: Decisive day for Iturbe. The player should be heading back to italy after beeing in brasil with his cousin, and he expects to know about his future.

* ilsole24ore: Meeting today between juventus and verona. Juventus offer 25 + bonuses, Verona should accept the deal. Even morata should arrive in turin today. As for vidal, it seems Lvg pulled out of the deal.

* ilgiornale.it: The deal for Iturbe is finished, even though there is still no signatures yet. Juve - Verona continue to stay in touch for Romulo, competing for his signature is also Galatasray. Verona value him at 8m. As for peryra, Juve are waiting for developments, it seems Inter has entered the race for him. Juve is offering 10m + 2 young players.

After. In Italy before.

Do you see the little ginger moving on to a big club in the (near) future? I know Chelsea passed up on him.
It's unlikely he'll move to a big club any time soon considering that he's a very young player with tons of potential who Wolfsburg bought for 20 mil € half a year ago. They're financially stable and are trying to build a team that can consistently qualify for and be competitive in the CL, so unless someone comes along with a very large offer, he's not going anywhere. Personally, I think he's going to be the Robben of Mourinho's second term at Chelsea.

Seems that our demands were too much for United, in other words he was never for sale. What would be the logic behind selling our most valuable player, if our intentions were to build competitive side for the CL challenge. Those fake twitter gurus and media reporting the utter rubbish are quickly becoming the laughing stock. Even worse are people falling for that.
