I don't think Juve need a complete overhaul as mentioned by GDS. Core area of focus would be Sanchez as he would be the guy of all of the players rumoured that could actually help raise the overall quality of the starting 11. The other area would be a left back if we play with a back 4.

If it were me (and keep the costs down), I would do the following:

BUY:
Sanchez (22m)
Nani (8m?)
Adriano (0m on a bosman)
Peryra (50% of Isla + 6m)
Morata (loan with option to buy)
Gabbiadini (keep 50% and have him join us next season)

TOTAL: 36m

SELL:
Immobile (50% for ~10m)
De Ceglie or Peluso (2-3m)
Quagliarella (5m)
Vucinic (7-8m)
Osvaldo (loan expiry)
Sorensen (50% for 3m)
Padoin (2-3m)

NET: 6-7m

Squad:

GK: Bufon, Storari, Rubinho
DEF: Lichsteiner, Caceres, Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini, Ogbonna, Adriano, De Ceglie or Peluso
MID: Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Marchisio, Peryra, Asamoah, Nani, Pepe
FWD: Sanchez, Tevez, Llorente, Giovinco, Morata, Gabbiadini

The above squad is equipped to play 433 AND 352 with perhaps more depth for 352 with Adriano and Peryra (who can also play wing back).

Champions League Starting XI (4-3-3): Buffon, Lichsteiner, Barzagli, Chiellini, Adriano, Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Sanchez, Tevez, Nani. Bench: Storari, Caceres, Marchisio, Asamoah/Peryra, Llorente, Giovinco, Morata

Serie A Starting 11 (3-5-2): Buffon, Barzagli, Bonucci, Chiellini, Lichsteiner, Vidal, Pirlo, Pogba, Asamoah/Adriano, Sanchez, Tevez

GDS, Tuttosport, CDS, La Stampa :

Complete overhaul in Juve to take place, as 10-12 new players are in arrival. Conte is looking to build the team for 4-3-3. He's maniacally paying attention to every detail.

In the next few days deal for Pereyra will be official. Juve to continue assault on Sanchez in the following days; there is agreement with player. Nani? Depends on Conte.

Both Vidal and Pogba are most likely to stay, some details will be discussed after the WC; at most one might leave, but only for a monstrous offer. Candreva or Carvalho could be alternatives in that case.

Llorente and Tevez have secured status for the next season. Status of Giovinco is in doubt, Vucinic, Osvaldo and Quag are leaving. Moratta and Gabbiadini mentioned as replacements, along with Drogba.

Ogbonna didn't impress, neither have Peluso, names like Garay, Dragovic, Paletta and Ranocchia are listed as replacements. Monaco and Dortmund are interested in Bonucci. Some offers from abroad have been received for Ogbonna.
Don'r see us selling either Ogbonna or Bonucci. It depends on the offer ofc..

We need to get those players on board who have resale value. Its important for our growth at present cos we dont have millions of cash reserves unlike other clubs. What Chelsea did this yr with their sales sets a fantastic perspective for the transfer market and they cant even be branded as a selling club because their team is built around their top stars granted Mata for example was sold for tactical reasons. This is just smart and
calculated transfer business.
This is why when players like Lamela or Iturbe linked to us,im ok with these type of signings because they are not only talented but also represent a considerable resale value.
We have won 3 league titles in a row and i think its time for a fresh perspective going into the future.Old-ish signings should be avoided as much as possible if we really want to replicate the Bayern model.

@Mark Any news on Pantic? I hear he has the potential to be a big talent, and we are/were apparently linked with him.
no juts the same old rumours. I'd like for us to get him. I admit I only saw youtube vids but you can see the potential.
