But man, too bad we're not getting Immobile.

Oh well... but I think Mark is right when he says Osvaldo staying for one more year on loan. I would not like that, though.
Yeah, I'm in favour of bringing Immobile back too, but apparently he doesn't want to play for us or he is afraid of rotting on the bench. That's what I have understood from that inverview he has given lately. Anyway, I have doubts if he would be able to play as a typical "9" in Conte strategy. He isn't good holder, his traits predispose him to play alongside someone bigger and stronger. It's not a must of course to lineup big and heavy forwards able to win headers easily and wrestle with defenders, but from my point of view Conte has always wanted to have striker of this type and he is still looking for perfect one. And Immobile in all likelihood would have a massive trouble trying to get through to the first 11, fighting for one spot with Llorente and company, unless Conte didn't change style of play, formation and so on.

Yeah totally agreed. But I think the main reason can easily be our switch to 4-3-3, in that case Llorente might be our bench option (he will still play a lot), but then we'd see Immobile fade away. If that's the case then it's reasonable he wants Dortmund, as he will improve much more over there. And I actually think he's gonna be a great signing for them, looking forward to seeing him in Germany. But it's a pity, we get a young player with tons of potential once in a blue moon and he won't get a shot here (which he really deserves at this point).

I think he'd be great for 4-3-3. But yes, I can totally see what you're saying. Conte always rates those who hold the ball and do much more than a typical #9. Anyway, pretty sad to see him leave us.

Can't blame him. If we're planning to rotate Tevez and Llorente upfront that means he'd get close to nothing when it comes to play time.
Do you see llorente being benched ? . Something like this nani-tevez-sanchez ?. If it is so then osvaldo loan is a good option , rather than keeping immobile as a 3rd striker.

He's usually motivated for big games.Otherwise his performances are usually inconsistent and sometimes cack.
Since i assume he wont be starting big games id like someone else other than him for the deputy striker role.
Plus he looks weak as hell.It really wud be a terrible move considering his wages too
I agree with that part about his wages, because from what I read it seems like he would be willing to earn 4m net per year. It's slight overkill.

I don't know about Drogba being inconsistent as I don't watch Turkish league on daily basis, I just have seen him in CL this season. Frankly? He has been impressive in couple of games I have seen so far and it looks like he hasn't lost his upsides at all - he is still as strong as elephant. I remember only one striker who has given Chiellini such a hard time until today, and it has been Drogba.

It's more likely to see Llorente coming from the bench, than seeing Tevez as a winger IMO. :boh:

But it's not like' hey, Llorente is our bench warmer!'. Even IF that is happens, he's gonna play quite a lot cause we'd rotate upfront pretty regularly.

True , but with the amount of games tevez can play without getting tired i just see it hard for llorente to get that many games . Even i don't see tevez as a winger .

Immobile would be a good option for us if we had for instance Ancelotti on the bench. Conte isn't the type of coach to be fond of Immobile kind of strikers, unfortunately.

As for Borussia, I'm going to watch them next season on regular basis again as we have in Poland Bundesliga broadcasted by cable tv :D I believe that Ciro will adjust to new environment very quickly and eventually he will manage to score a lot of goals.

I love watching Dortmund, they play great and have plenty of interested players. I plan to watch them as well next season, especially if they buy Ciro. I also want to see how Jojic fits there but hopefully Reus also stays. I used to follow them regularly though.

Heard from my buddy(a die hard madrid fan) that Marcelo might be sold, we should hop on that.

Di Maria, Marcelo, Isco for Pogba.
Good attacking fullback/wingback. But how much for his identikit?

I would like better but looks like that according to the media. We always have "surprise" name each year so I hope it's there.
Dragovic..

Dragovic is promising from what I've seen at Basel and is perhaps already the best defender in the NT (Alaba plays CM), but I'm not sure if he's ready for a top club just yet. I really haven't seen a club game of him since he's gone to Ukraine last summer though.

TS is a shitty source anyways, wouldn't read much into it.

Tevez could also get some games out wide when we are resting one of the wingers. or if we are going for a 4-2-3-1 he could play behind Llorente a lot of games. if we go for a 4-4-2 then both would be starters probably. i think there will be a lot of playing time for Nando even if we switch formations...

Don't see us playing a 2 man midfield if pirlo's contract is extended. Possibly a 4-3-2-1 / 4-3-3 .

Same, they're such a great team to watch. I got nothing but respect for that whole organization, players and staff included.
