workrate shouldnt be top priority when we sign a player. ofcourse it is important but not crucial. for example, if it should be who we are signing between an endless runner who has no skill at all (and we already have a squad full of these) and a player who is a bit lazy but can provide something different in attack, then i would puck the second one. and also, if i remember the CL quarterfinal last season, we played Quag + Matri in Munchen. the 2 didnt even bother to run a little bit and help the team, they were just standing at the center and watching, then when we got the ball they immediatly lost it again and continued watching Bayern attacking. great workrate from those two, when it was very important to help the team in defense because we were under constant attacks. so, if we can tolerate those two, w can definetly tolerate a much better player (AM, winger) not running and helpin out constantly...
