And there's a reason why Gabbiadini is rumored to be brought back before Immobile and that is cos he not only provides width but can also be used as a striker.He's versatile and we have a fetish for such players.It shouldnt be that hard to understand.

Pirlo should rotate hard and play mainly in Serie A, or in home games against small sides like Copenhagen who will defend 11 men.
I'd only add that Chiellini and Barzagli seem to be rather slow to play a 4men defense, but it could work out.
And it's a shame to use Asa as a primary LB, but if he actually adopts this new position, he'd be WC IMO.

433 worked, but it worked at expenses of huuuuuuuge running from Pirlo/Marchisio/Vidal/Pepe. These guys killed themselves to support the scheme. They would definitely die in the 2nd part of the season.

He definitely would. This guy is coming back.
Another reason is that Immobile is one of our guys who has the biggest market now. If you go and try to sell Gabbiadini, it would be hard to get 12/13M for him. Immobile means 10M immediate cash. The management wants this. And probably they think he's a one summer wonder.

Kolarov is slow, expensive wages, overrated, low IQ, lazy, and can't defend for his life.
But I'd rather take a shot at him than wasting Asa as a LB. Asa would give us great depth for the mid along with Marchisio.

He actually has a chance of being Llorente's backup, if we bring 2 wingers, no Immobile, Giovinco remaining and Quags/Vuci/Osvaldo leaving as they should.
But I agree, he's very average as a winger. As a CF he could do well, don't know if he can post up though - he's very skinny.

We were mostly drawing games with the 433, and Marchisio was doing alot of defensive work back then. We switched 352 and we won the title, and the next 3.
We got pogba and vidal, beasting about and scoring goals. If you put Pirlo there, then at least 1 of them will be forced to play deeper to protect the defence, and make us less prone to counters trough the center.
Now if you put marchisio, or a cdm/covering cm there, then Pogba and Vidal can keep on bringing the pressure to the opponents defence, and make forward runs and join the CF in attack, whilst Sanchez and Nani keep it wide.

we don't have to buy him whole, but either agree to buy his other half or agree on a loan. Sampdoria owns his main contract because Juve sold it, and bought back a co-own agreement only.
this case is same as Marrone's. Berardi's case is opposite, Juventus bought whole and sold half back to Sassuolo. Juve own's Berardi's main contract, you can see in the following link, official statment about Berardi is " the 19-year-old striker to remain on loan in Emilia throughout the 2013/14 campaign." meaning once the loan expires, Berardi comes back, same case for Boakye; but this is not the case with Gabbiadini or Immobile or Marrone.

That's why he was moved to the right flank after couple of games, where he proved that he can be really useful squad member and one of the best Sampdoria players. And most of all, as a RW he has a chance to show how decent dribbler he is cutting inside and shooting on goal with power. His skills just predispose him to play wide. Stating that he is natural CF you proved that you haven't seen Sampdoria game this season even one time.
