Here is how i see it..
- We are champions 2 times in a row (for now,will not say anything for 3rd because i don't want to jinx it...)
- Roma and Napoli are getting closer (maybe not this season but with some other coach/few players they can be closer next season..) and i don't want to forget Inter or Milan because you never know..
- We lack some quality players to compete with big teams in CL (don't wanna talk about individuals because i don't know which formation Conte will use next season..)
What do we need to improve our squad?
1. Money (from various sources,selling some players etc..)
2. Good transfer - market strategy
Next season expectation?
1. buy some quality and versatile players (i don't really care about names,faces etc..)
2. more european success (not to win CL,but to be competative at least..)
3. win domestic league (for me that is not a priority,i want some CL success)
I think that some players which are consider ''deadwood'' must go,we must bring better players than them to fulfill the gaps and that's it.
It will be difficult to motivate some key players in Seria A without good CL campaign.

So we're ready to offer ~16m in total for Lulic but can't dish out 15m for Cuadrado? Where's logic in this? 
Then everyone would strt to cry once he'd be scoring for Dortmund. Having a player like him in our hands is an opportunity once in a blue moon.
We'd get only half of that so it's not worth it.
