Pereyra, Nani, Cerci, Gabbiadini, Lulic, Ranocchia.

:scared:
Man. I think this looks EXACTLY like our mercato will actually be, regardless of whishlists. Actually maybe we'd ship Isla away for Romulo.

Ranocchia = Vucinic + 2M;
Lulic = Quags + 7/8M;
1/2 Pereyra = 1/2 Rugani + 2/3M;
1/2 Romulo = 1/2 Isla;
Cerci = 1/2 Immobile + 8M;
Nani = 12M + 3M (bonus)
1/2 Gabbiadini = 3M + 1/2 Zaza

Total spent: around 35/40M.

We'll keep 352.

Starting team - 352 - the same as this year's.

2nd team - 343 - Storari - Caceres, Ranocchia, Ogbonna - Romulo, Marchisio, Pereyra, Lulic - Cerci, Nani, Gabbiadini.

Fringe players: Peluso, De Ceglie, Padoin, Pepe, Giovinco.

Giving away half of Rugani would be a pretty stupid move.
Add to that, selling our half of Immobile and that's one dumb mercato right there.
Rugani, Berardi and Murru when we sign him (hopefully) should all be loaned out or co-owned to Udinese. thats the best club for their development and if Udinese gives us half of Scuffet and Bruno Fernandes + sell us Pereyra for not too much i would call it a great business. if we can somehow include Cuadrado<>Isla there we would make some really great moves without spending much...

Actually we'd buy the other half from Empoli before giving it to Udinese. We'll keep control over him, definitely.

But yes, a lot of these moves I wouldn't agree. But that's a very realistic mercato. And as I said, Marotta gives signs that Gabbiadini will be chosen to be brought back, and Immobile will be used to make money/bring Cerci in.

I know it's Tuttosport but here:

For the next year Conte has decided to return to a back four. Benfica are interested in Nani, but Conte made an agreement with him in January. We'll alternate between 4-3-3 and 4-4-2. There are also links with Sanchez...

if Conte decided so it means we wil get someone. the more time passes the more i think Sanchez is a possibility. if we can get Nani/Cuadrado AND Sanchez we will definetly use a wing based formation...

Coentrao would be fairly cheap. But i'm not sure we could buy him and the other players we're seemingly about to sign.
Contrao has interest from Monaco, Man united, Spurs so i don't think it's a smart option to go for as we are most probably going to be involved in a bidding war.

Roma have strongly being linked to Santon and Bruno Martins Indi. Bruno, is a leftback that can also play centerback, he is only 22 and has immense straight and speed in him. The black caceres :D

Honestly, LB is the one position I wouldn't mind putting faith into a talented youngster to hold down. Because the top ones are few and far between, LB is arguably the weakest position in modern football in terms of quality players. So, looking to a young player or two might not be such a bad idea.

Thoughts?

I forgot how it is to have a reliable LB. I'm all for acquiring the services of someone young and promising and Muru seems to be talented. Maybe an investment for the future?
