in 352 you have pirlo and tevez beeing creative, whilst vidal,pogba,wingbacks make actions and there is the bonucci long balls to llorente if they push to much

in this 433, Pirlo is gone, bonucci is gone, Tevez as centerforward cannot drop back and act as a makeshift playmaker.

So what you got left, is 2 cm's who can make actions, 2 wingers who can make actions, and 0 creative players
