Promote one player to our first team as midfield cover
Buy a cheap back up RWB/RB who isn't shit
Buy Cerci with a small amount of cash + Giovinco
Get Menez on a free
Buy Lavezzi if he's cheap
Bring back Immobile
Get a cheap back up left back such as Murru

Selling Isla, PDC, Motta completely
Sell Quags and Mirko
Sell Pepe if he's not fully fit by the end of the season

Extend Pogbas contract, so we can at least sell him for crazy money the Summer after next
Extend contracts such as Chiellinis sometime soon

This would be an acceptable mercato for me.

Switching to a 4-3-3 with the likes of Cerci on the wing will surely NOT yield better results than our current 3-5-2. Therefore, IMO, it's not smart to pay the 15-20M for him. I'd honestly rather play next season with the status quo and "save up" another 15M to go after a real talent at the winger position for 30-35M.

It makes no sense to move from the 3-5-2 for players that are not considerably better than our current options. All we'd gain is formation flexibility. It's like paying a premium just to change formation instead of improving the team.

Juventus interested in Di Maria

Reports from both Spain and Italy are saying that Juve are sending Scouts in the capital of Spain to watch Di Maria. The Argentinian is still one of Real's best players but the arrival of Gareth Bale makes him expendable. Juventus president Andrea Agnelli promised big name signing and Angel Di Maria fits in this profile. It's believed that Real is going to ask somewhere between 30-35 mil for Di Maria.
