Cuadrado can also play as a RWB.
Not sure about his defensive skills though...

Attacking wise he should definitely be bought if the price is reasonable as there aren`t many like him - great movement great dribbling skills with the right guidance he could be our Robben (although less good than the dutch)
25M would be a fair price for both parties IMO

Conte is remaining for more many years. Also Vidal, and Pogba probably for a few years. Pirlo for more 2 seasons.

352 will go on. I won't even consider any other formations. It's important to free Vidal and Pogba as all around midfielders.

As of right now, we have amazing depth for the defense and attack. Need something else in the mid.

Considering the great development of Asa as a LWB, and a good defensive RWB like Litch who can cover Vidal's runs, we'll keep that.

For the next season, the first team is very well established.

But things will change in the attack.

Osvaldo - great backup for Llorente, but will cost around 15M. Not worthy.
Quags - must leave to play. We'll sell for peanuts, since his contract ends in 1 year. Marotta will let him go wherever he wants to.
Vucinic - same as above
Giovinco - contract runs till 2015, makes more than he's worth. Well be our 5th striker next year till he leaves on a free

The rest I believe will stay put.

I think we'd get around 7/10M for both Vucinic and Quags in total. Osvaldo will leave. Giovinco will remain as the 5th striker. We'll have 2 spots.

So: Berardi back for 10M (half)
Immobile/Gabbiadini back for 7.5M (half).
Isla - gotta pay his other half - 6M

So, total spent: around 10/15M.

First team same as right now.

De Ceglie, Giovinco, Pepe, as fringe players.

Bench: Storari; Caceres, Ogbonna, Peluso; Isla, Padoin, Marchisio, De Ceglie; Berardi, Immobile/Gabbia, Giovinco/De Ceglie/Pepe.

IMO another rotation CM and AM/winger would complete well the squad.

If all we do is add a couple of youngsters to our Squad I fail to see how we'll improve in the slightest

That cheap, ineffective mercato would be ridiculous for a club with our ambitions.

agreed, like i pointed out to rakib having the likes of gabbiadini and berardi may be all well and good but they at best will only try and continue our cycle of domestic success, they won't improve things in Europe not for at least a few years

I want 1 world class wingers and 2 good wingers and berardi to develop and intergrate in the team just like pogba has. maybe berardi can have 1 more season at a team like sampdoria because at sassuolo the whole team is letting him down.
Also we need a leftback that is quality or convert asamoah in that position and bring someone like marrone as backup CM

Buffon
Litchsteiner Barzagli Chiellini Asamoh
Vidal Pirlo Pogba
Dimaria Llorente Tevez

Bench: storari nocchi rubinho caceres bonucci ogbonna peluso marchisio marrone menez cerci gabbiadini

After we come confident with the 433 then we can start to intergrate berardi just like Bayern did with muller and kroos after they had their spell at Bayern reserves and Bayern levekusen and slowly build a sustainable juventus after that. di maria is just one of many names linked but I think he would be the best option. you could put cuadrado or someone else in there no problem.

giovinco, vucinic, quags, isla need to leave and they should make a good amount of money to contribute to 1 winger like dimaria etc..

This, I think is perfectly achievable and will certainly make us contenders to Europe.

It's not gonna happen this summer.

We're still paying a lot of installments for old signings like Bonucci, Pepe, Vucinic, Quagliarella and others. I think the next summer is the last we pay most of them.

Also Pogba and Vidal will get very substantial increases, and also Marchisio, Barzagli, Chiellini and Litch will have their contract extended probably having some raise.

Also the 352 is improving in overall, despite the horrible CL performances. 2 or 3 group games were fucked by individual mistakes, and the last match against Gala was such a fucking bad luck. In normal conditions we'd won that day. The team actually played deserved the victory that day.

So I definitely see some squad trimming this summer. Important players only in excepetional situations like with Tevez and Llorente.

For the summer of 2015, I believe we may sign some more important/expensive players, since cornerstones like Buffon, Pirlo and Barzagli are getting old. It will be a must.

For 2014 I definitely don't expect big signings, also considering the fact that we will miss a lot of money from CL.

In a few years when Buffon, Barzagli, Pirlo and Tevez are done we'll have to pay up front to replace with quality players. Almost all the other top clubs in Serie A are building a squad for the future and hoping for the best this season and the one to come. Juve are by far the best team in the league but a lot of our starting 11 players are past 30 and that should be a warning sign for us. I think Buffon is the most significant example as I far from consider him one of the world best goalkeepers anymore. Not saying he isn't great anymore, i'm just saying he has been a lot better and is an example of a key player past his prime. This applies for Barzagli and Pirlo as well. If we add youngsters like Berardi we'd lower the average age of the team, and stay on top when the young talents break through in the other big clubs. Not to mention the importance of pure pace in Champions League. Perhaps a fast attacker would open defenses like Pato raped Barcelona with pace in CL for Bilan.

Remember how much Barzagli, Pirlo and Tevez cost us, along with Pogba, Llorente, Vidal, Lichtsteiner, etc. I don't see a problem with our recruitment policy, we have always made champions.

Sure. And I rate Marottas job highly. The transfer department has been spectacular these past seasons. But clearly we're not cutting it in CL. None of the current midfielders of attackers are particularly fast, expect for the midget, and I consider that a weakness in our squad. Opponents can play with an offensive backline and dominate the play against us for we have none to strike them on a contra.. Young players tend to have good pace and that surely is a weapon against a team that is better then you. And yes. Real Madrid, Bayern and Barcelona are better teams then us, only a fool wouldn't admit to that.
