This may sound weird, but if we stick to the 3-5-2 I think the only position we can improve upon realistically is Pirlo.

Getting a quality modern CM who can attack and defend and has the legs to do so would improve us drastically and allow us to get a little closer to the giants of football.

At this age, Pirlo is still the best Deepling playmaker/regista in the world.

You could improve the squad in attack by buying another top forward and you could improve on the wings by having adequate replacements for Asa and Licht whose performances are key for the team having a good performance. currently we need them in beast mode all the time and we suffer a significant drop in quality when they arent at their best or when a substitute is fielded. When they down we almost play a very narrow 3-3-2
