Oh the 3 year contract has been reported it must be true then

A) We don't know how legit this is

B) We certainly don't know what contract we'd be offering him

C) There's always a chance we move him before the 3 years are up if we actually do sign him down for that long

So please continue about how Evra was a shit signing and how we're so stacked on the LB position we should've avoided him at all costs.
We have been discussing about the report that it was presented to us, if you have inside info:

A) please tell us,

B) jog on.

I was pretty meh about Evra, hell I consider him a good signing, but getting another oldie now is not acceptable.

What are we, retirement home?

No, we're a club who can't afford the transfer fees of ready made top players in their mid-late 20s, I thought that much was obvious to everybody

The types of signings we can actually make are

Medicore Italians from Serie A, of all ages
Young prospects I.E Morata
Old Veterans with a low transfer tag and medium salary

So yeah of course we're going to make some short term signings.

Sick of people acting as though deals like Evra and Luisao at 0-2M transfer fee + medium range salaries are some how the only thing stopping us from making dem Madrid-esque star signings

 Give me a fucking break, we're not missing out on top class players because we're 3M off of their wage demands, we're just about 40M short of other clubs asking prices.

Nah everybody is right though, fuck Luisao and fuck Evra. If we never wasted a few million euros on those old bastards we'd have Messi, Di Maria and T. Silva instead.

Screw you Beppe you bastard.

Give Benfica 2.5m for him and tell Luisao to take 2m per year or just join the viola rats instead. :p

Not sure how Tevez would do on the right, like I said though i'd rather we had Lavezzi for 15M and worried about the selection dilemma as opposed to missing out on him all together .
YES! Lavezzi gives us a chance at a legit 4321/433 option which could include all three with Tevez as an inside forward. I'd prefer Tevez on the left to cut in and finish and Lavezzi on the right to whip in crosses.

Is your argument against mine or something? I've lost track now.

I was saying Lavezzi @ 15 should be purchased, and that he's the sort of deal we can actually get because these top players are nowhere near our budget.

It's not a case of Lavezzi and Pereyra on loan OR Di Maria. There is no choice and people need to realise we're not getting World Class players because we're signing 15M players instead. We're not getting World Class players because their 40-60M price tag + wages would destroy us.
