Even if he did, why would we want to play 2 players out of position on the left side? It really doesn't make sense.
There isn't a top quality LWB on the market at the moment. I like Asamoah at fullback but that's where we differ. I'd rather add more quality to our most important area of the field. Peluso and Asamoah are more than capable in their roles. Padoin isn't capable enough in CM against the top teams.

Padoin is mediocre at best. He offers absolutely nothing offensively. For someone always harping on about a certain lack of offensive firepower I thought you of all people would realise that.
We have 5 amazing CM's (including Asamoah) for 3 positions, but we only have one good LWB. If we buy another great LWB, we would be covered in case we get an injury on that position. I don't think anyone wants to see Peluso or De Ceglie play there. A new LWB would also mean that we could use Asamoah as a CM in the rare case two CM's are injured at the same time. Buying a LWB would help us tremendously on both positions while buying Nainggolan would only help us on the CM position, and we are better covered on the CM position in the first place.

what top class LWB are we going to buy now? the mercato is almost finished. we should get radja and then next season go for alaba or marcelo

Anyone complaining about a player of Padoin's calibre, skillset and mentality being at Juve has the mental ability of a 12 year old.

Quagliarella probably doesn't want to be 5th string striker. He probably wants to leave. Which is completely understandable.

If we can make a profit on this deal, and have someone as reliable as Gila as a 5th string striker ... I don't see anything wrong with it.

Tevez, Vucinic, Llorente, Giovinco, Gilardino

Plenty of depth still.
I think it also has to do with the fact that we don't want to be payi our 4-5th choice striker, 2m.

Quag > Gilardinosaur

why the fuck are wasting our time with another striker especially that shit stain gilardino when other areas require pressing matters
Quag deserves better anyone. He's been hated enough by some ungrateful fans.

Gilardino? That would be an idiotic move, worth of ridicule

We should bring back Molinaro for more depth.:sergio:
Good for Quag though.

Gila fits the type of striker this system needs, would be a great alternative to Llorente.
Gonna miss Quag? :D

Conte didn't reject any offer for Quagliarella. It's a bullshit. He wants Quag to leave but this is the Marotta role to deal with the players. There wasn't any offer of that kind from Arsenal. Otherwise Quag would be in London right now.
Since you know so much already, pls share who we are signing tomorrow.

settle down guys!
What's the word on the street Markus? Quag gone?

Yes, it's just that we're focusing on every position except the LWB one, which is kinda disappointing.
I'd have to agree. A new cm and new striker is not how I expected to end the mercato.

I don't see how Gilardino are going to give us their top striker on the cheap on the last day of the window, the move will make no financial sense.

However, as a 4th/5th striker option if we are looking at a typical CF then I can't think of many better.
Matri? :p

Gila ? fuck me

Pls Quags.Pls stay.I'm begging ya !.
I love it.

That's not true. A new LwB/Lb like Coentrao/Kolarov will be way cheaper than Naingollan, and that would also mean we'd be spending less to add depth to our CM, with Asamoah already being a better and more than valid alternative.
