Definitely includes me! I still think you're overrating the crap out of Kovacic, but time will tell 
He didnt had just one good season in his career, he had two at Dortmund. It didnt work out for him in Madrid and Liverpool but when he joined Dortmund again he showed glimpses of his former self again. Last match against Ausburg in this new season he was like the old Sahin again. Long story short doesnt really look like a one season wonder to me, he was just unfortunate when he joined RM
You cannot compare the current quality of verratti to Gundogan, only the potential.
Gundo is 2 years older, and just played his first year in a topteam known for its excellent teamwork and good coach. Ideal for a youngster(he's allready 22 thp) to excell in. Like pogba did.
Verratti on the other hand, is just 20. Was allready instrumental in a serie b senior team. Went to PSG wich is the polar opposite of a team compared to dortmund. Its extremely hard for a youngster to be in. PSG has no structure, no team at all, just individuals. Yet he managed pretty good.
Comparing the two players, verratti simply is the highest potential deeplying playmaker in the world. Gundogan is very good, but in the end more physical and less technically skilled and less brilliant
Meaning, gundo can be introduced in a tactic more easely, where as verratti is preferably protected by 1 or 2 cm's.
Banega has great technical ability, and has the style of verratti, but lacks the brilliance. For this reason he'll never be important for a topteam. He's 25, allready. People here will rate him cause of the flair and fancy, but he lacks the brilliance that a pirlo has, or a verratti shows to potentially has.
Sorry, but for me banega is like Robinho versus Ronaldinho. They are both excellent at technique, skills, dribbeling. But ronaldinho was brilliant, and robinho wasent.
That made ronaldinho the best of his (short) generation, and robinho some mercenary that never made it.
Sahin is not a regista. Sahin is just a central midfielder that can play a bit deeper, but he is absolutely not a regista. Sahin is like busquets, a good player to have in a 4-2-3-1 or barcelona 4-1-2-3, when you dont want a defensive midfielder, but an allrounded CM with good passing
