I'm against selling Pirlo, but to think he's going to be as important to our set up moving forward this seaosn and next, is a fallacy. His role if anything, is going to be decreasing, coz he doesn't really have the legs for the pace we play at in the CL. I'm pretty sure that we are likely to see a move to a secndary formation that reduces our dependence on the man, while keeping alive our compact, dynamic approach.

I rate him much higher than Marchisio, I think Marchisio is very good, but not quite WC. Vidal-Pirlo-De Rossi would undisputedly be the best MF in the world.

And i dont like casting aside a top quality midfielder like Marchisio and a rising WC talent like Pogba just for the sake of bringing in 30 years old De Rossi who would be a monstrous investment for the club.

He's the highest paid player in Serie A at 6.5m a year.If you think he'd want to take a paycut just to join Juve,then lets stop having this discussion altogether.
