What part of the city you from? I grew up in Ledbury during it's glory days now I hear it's been totally gingerfied and there nasty fucks that live there and they kicked out most of the good folks that lived there (used to be government housing) and renovated the neighbourhood and up the price to levels that the locals can't affort anymore.
