If Conte wants Jovetic he would have so sell Quagliarella and not buy one of kolarov or ogbonna which are certainly needed more.

In terms of our striking department, we would hjave tevez and llorente as starter and vucinic and quags/gio as subs (for serie A) and we would have 4-3-3 for champions league like this:

they are still very good backups which can still play in serie A when tevez and llorente play in CL. having this sense of depth and our quality is important so that conte can rotate and have a not tired squad. only because we have tevez and llorente we should not compromise on vucinic and quags. if we really want jovetic we should sell matri quags and melo.

Just thinking out loud here. But if Juve got cracking on the sales of Matri and possibly Quags.....you think its worth giving Gabbiadini a shot? He looked pretty good at the under 21 champs.

He's going to Sampdoria as part of the Zaza deal.

Better for him to go somewhere to play regularly than sit on Juve's bench.

I would keep one of matri and Quag, especially if Jovetic would join.
Jovetic, Vucinic and Gio are all the same type, while Quag, but especially Matri are other types.

And let's be honest, last season, we didn't rotate much either, will it be different this year?

Quag cant play on the wing and the players that play on the wings are called wingers okay rakib, and when vucinic is there he is more of an inside forward or a shifted striker

He is no starter, but to bring him in when we need to score a goal, he can do well.
Plus, he won't complain as much as the others with a bench role, Vucinic, Gio and in a lesser amount, Quag will.
