Quag had more time and what would Coppa Italia matter if they scored?
Matri had more time, stop being so stupidly ignorant.

Because neither of them can provide for themselves. They are heavily dependent on players around. When you have the likes of Padoin, Isla or PDC to depend on for creating chances you won't have many of those.
But never mind this discussion is stupid and as long as we receive good offer I wouldn't mind offloading one of them.
Really..

Pescara 3G + 2A etc

Quagliarella is far more of a complete player than Matri can ever hope to be not to mention he doesn't have the touch of a rapist. I don't understand how Matri can't control a ball and has to kick it at least 3m in front of him everytime

- If we get jovetic we sell quags and matri
- if we don't get jovetic we keep quags and sell matri only.
- based on statistical data vucinic is worth 21 m (which is the true evaluation of the player) this does not mean that he will be sold for that. in fact vucinic should not be solf but the fact that he is valued at 21m means that he is a much better player than matri and quags.

And you forgot Quag likes to shot from center of a field as well, very selfish and so on...
They both have poor first touch btw. Only Vucinic till now was decent in that department. Others look like the ball is just bouncing off them.

Rarely at the end of a game when we are already winning etc.. so selfish

Quag can actually control a ball unlike Matree

quags can be selfish but matri is just a fish

But you are aware that no one will pay 21M for Vucinic?
yes of course but he is a better player than matri. he can be a number 9 or a winger or a secondary striker. Matri is just a goal hanger but misses all the time.

There were numerous games where he took shots from 30-35 meters even when he had better options available. That's his biggest flaw imo. Selfishness.

Undoubtedly. Vucinic was our only player who could change the course of the game.
As for number 9 I wouldn't play him there.

Selfish is Robben, I don't really see how you can call Quag selfish. Even if he were selfish, I would still prefer him who could do something rather than Matri who can't control a ball to save his life.

Robben is WC player so that comparison isn't valid. You've seen what he can do at times.
Neither of them is great with ball at their feet. Quag is only slightly better at that.

but the point is that he is versitile, he can make a threat to the defence and he makes chances. what does matri do?... nothing
I wasn't comparing those two. If Jovetic doesn't come Vucinic will definitely stay. The discussion is between Matri and Quag who would you offload?

Learn to reread what you wrote you said if we want jovetic sell matri+quag and then having an attacking force of vucinic, tevez, llorente, quag, and Jovetic

Tuttosport are reporting that Juventus will look to bag Fiorentina forward Stevan Jovetic for around £35million. They may produce the funds for the transfer with a squad clearout of players such as Felipe Melo, Quagliarella, Isla, and Ziegler. This deal looks more likely with the imminent arrival of Mario Gomez in Florence.

Fiorentina Deal For Bayern Munich Striker Confirmed

"Mario Gomez Bayern MunichFiorentina’s longstanding pursuit for Bayern Munich’s Mario Gomez appears to have reached its conclusion with an agreement finally reached with the German champions.

The player’s agent previously confirmed the player’s heart was set on a move to Florence although Fiorentina were struggling to meet the €20 million asking price.

However, the European champions have confirmed that a deal has been reached with the Viola and the player will move to Serie A.

The transfer is thought to include an initial fee of €16m with an extra €4m due in instalments over the next four years, with Gomez reported to have signed a contract with Fiorentina that lasts until 2017.

The 27-year-old was the top scorer in the 2010-11 Bundesliga season but since fell down the pecking order at the Allianz Arena and was deemed surplus to requirements by incoming coach Pep Guardiola.

The high profile acquisition of Mario Gomez also appears likely to fuel speculation that Stevan Jovetic’s time in Florence is coming to an end, as Fiorentina are expected to cash in on the Montenegrin forward in order to recoup the outlay spent on Gomez."
