Maybe, I do think we need a plan B just in case. I think back to the 4-3-3 might be more likely. Conte did say he can't play the 4-3-3 without Pepe so who knows. If we did sign Nani then maybe we would be interested in playing 4-3-3 from time to time.

Quag because of his age would warrant 8-9 even though he's the better player. Juve currently value him at 12m if TJ reports are to be believed with regard to a Sociedad bid.
Vucinic though seems like the one who'll get us the most money, and will take off the most wages off the pay roll in a like for like move with Tevez, who is arguably the better player.

I think Jojo will come as Tevez's understudy so they can groom him to take over the mantle. IF we sign him. The other thought could be using Jojo and Tevez in a formation hat Pirlo won't feature in, ala 4231.
