we have enough back ups or each position, we have a lot of depth, for every position we have at least 3 players that can play there adequately. now its time for the big signings

Also you guys are underrating the importance of a player like Diamanti. He may not be world class or anything, but he is perhaps the best value for money bench player money can buy, in Italy at the moment. Temperament, versatility, work ethic.

Nani is a no brainer. He is that cheap because he has 1 year on his contract left and fell out with Ferguson and Man U and wants to leave - and he didn't get much playing time last season.

I would definately get him. Not only because he is a great winger, but because he is still young, has good CL experience, very good with both feet and can play equally as well on both flanks.

If we get Diamanti instead, I would be p*ssed if it was a choice of those 2 at similar prices.
