if we cant get a superstar striker then better get young talented players from serie a. belfodil, muriel, cuadrado, obiang, regini, quintero, berardi etc. or just give our young players like sorensen, masi, immobile, bouy, boakye, gabbiadini... a chance

2 of them play in Serie B...

There is nothing special about belfodil, certainly not when Parma wanted 15 mill for him in january which is utterly absurd.

easier said than done to 'give our young players a chance'...

look at bayern... when van gaal was the coach he gave players like alaba, badstuber, muller, contento a chance to play when they were 17-18 years old. they even played in the cl. and today they are starters for the best team in the world. we should try do the same

Two CL finals in two years and heading for the third... IMO it's a 60/40 between Bayern and Barca with Bayern favorites
and they are even better now than in the last two cl finals. too bad they dont sell any of their players. i would love too see muller or alaba in our team

Two finals in a three years. And yes they've been impressive but the best club in the world. Don't think so. No matter if you look at last 2,3,5 or 100 years.

Only player I've ever wanted to see from Bayern was Bastian. Great player and would have probably played here if not for the scandal. Moggi wanted him.

Bayern > Barca
Dortmund > Real Madrid
Real Madrid > Barca
Barca > Dortmund
Bayern > Dortmund
Bayern > Real Madrid

= Bayern is best
Some weird analogy there. What have Bayern won in Europe recently? I don't like Barca but objectively they've been the best team in the past 5-6 years.
In the last 10 years both Bayern and German NT are definitions of the ultimate choker.

Barca is Barca. But recently it seems they've been studied to a point where they aren't creating chances anymore. This year CL other teams have held them from creating any goals in 90 minutes. Even Celtic won against them (Celtic who we, Juve fans, can relate to).
Ofc it's absurd since I will never win this argument when Barca have Messi and co. All i'm saying is just that this Barca side is no longer unbeatable. And they have been just that for a few years now..

Bayern seems unbeatable and on a level of their own given recent form in Bundes as well.

I agree they are beatable side now. Milan beat them in the first leg and with a bit more luck they could have been eliminated. All I'm saying Bayern have not been the best European side recently and even if I had to look a way back I would still put 4-5 clubs in front of them.

4-5 sides!?!?!?

This discussion is about whether Barca or Bayern are the best. There's no other then the remaining 4 teams in the CL who you can compare to Bayern. No English teams come close.

celtic winning against barca doesn't mean anything. they're still the best team.
It means they can be beaten by a "small" side.. It means the Ronaldinho+Messi era is over.
