Varane is indeed a fantastic defender. I consider him WC already. Unless he injures himself he is destined to be. Having in mind that defenders need more time to blossom and tune their talents to the game - this kid is extraordinaire. If France has 3 more talents from his caliber I can see them lifting the EC/WC in this generation.

“Mario wanted to remain at Bayern, but seeing as he did not find much space to show what he can do, Mario is no longer happy and cannot continue like this,” agent Uli Ferber told Bild.
“We have received proposals from Inter and Juventus. The buy-out clause could be reduced to zero, seeing as Bayern know Mario wants to leave.”

"There have been proposals from Juve and Inter for Gomez" (agent): http://www.football-italia.net/33158/gomez-inter-and-juve-offers

Probably BS and only his agent trying to alert clubs.
im actually not surprised, there was a rumour some time ago that he would be available for something ridiculously cheap less than 10 mill, which doesn't surprise me since i don't see him fitting in with pep and the likelihood that bayern will bring another forward in the summer too. I think he would be brilliant at Juve, would really add to what we lack in terms of a fox in the box

If we're going to buy a CAM, we should really consider Isco. For how much we could get him?

:D
I would say 25-30m. Malaga will offload some players this summer. Their Sheik is looking to sell them and it's always better to sell a club with clean accounts.

If we are going with the 3-5-1-1 next season, couldnt we go for someone younger than Diamanti? Bontevenura (spelling?) would be good option. Can play as a 3/4sta and as a winger for the 4-3-3. With a bit of sanding out he could turn into a very good player. Also, I'm with Badass on the Dybala camp, another player that would be good for the 4-3-3/3-5-1-1/3-5-2

Bonaventura would also be a good signing. He's certainly young player and with a lot of potential. I think we can negotiate some kind of a swap deal or co ownership. Marotta is good at this.

Younger options:

Isco
Götze
Bernard
Ilicic
Hamsik
Eriksen

Do you guys rate De Bruyne? I've seen him a bit on Werder Bremen and the kid is pretty good, at Genk he used to play as an CAM and he scored a lot of wonderful goals, I'd like to give him a shot since Chelsea alread got Oscar

Isco - Possible but would need to fork over +30mill
Götze - Not leaving anytime soon
Bernard - Good option
Ilicic - Yes for less than 15mill
Hamsik - Not happening
Eriksen - Yes for same as Ilicic

As for De Bruyne, not likely to happen. He's on the books at Chelsea, and rate him highly. Unless management thinks otherwise, not going to happen boss.

Out of those you named my first pick would be Gotze but that will never happen. Neither will Hamsik. Ilicic is lazy at times, he needs to cover more field. We could go for Isco. There were some rumors this winter but I haven't heard anything lately.
About De Bruyne I'm not so sure. I watched him at Werder couple of times but unfortunately he didn't produce anything. Could be I caught some bad period of his. I watched him against Schalke and I was more impressed with Draxler.

Yeah, Götze is unrealistic, so is Hamsik.
Eriksen had an enormous game against PSV, but at other times I've got the chance to see him he didn't impressed me a lot, I'll try to look more of him. Ilicic can be good, so can Ljajic. Bernard would be a bet. And Isco, god, how I'd love to see him here.

Chelsea has got a lot of talented youngsters :sigh: they should leave something for us. With Mata, Oscar, and Hazard there I don't think that he could get a lot of playing time, but, who knows.

Also Adryan, I got the chance to watch him live in Mexico's U-17 world cup against Australia

We share the name :D, and he scored that freekick on Chivas' stadium :tuttosport:

And watched all of his other games on TV. He impressed me more than any other player tbh.

Yeah he's not producing much due to the position he's playing on the pitch, but yeah, I saw him against some other sides and didn't had the best game. I remember a very good game where had an enormous workrate and scored a goal, I just can't remember against who he was playing.

Yeah Draxler is going to be better than Götze if you ask me, as Mario he can play on the left wing and through the center. Schalke is not going to seel him, tho.
