Who cares what he says, who is he anyway? The only reason he ever got called up for the national team was to be showcased and sold for big money, not for his Football. Just, no. Marotta is part of the Board of Directors, and is sporting CEO. Every contract is 'temporary', and especially so on the Juventus BoD as it has to be approved by shareholders.

Saying a regular director has a bigger say on transfers is off the mark. For instance does lawyer Giulia Bongiorno have a greater say than Marotta? Quite obviously not.
