Traitor? He left a sinking ship to save his own ass, and who can blame him - this time in his career he couldn't play serie b - he just couldn't. He still had to prove himself a big name unlike the players who remained with Juve and got us back up..

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has praised Juventus as the side that represents “the pinnacle of my career” and claims he’ll stay in Turin for many years.
“This truly is the pinnacle of my career,” the Swede told Sky Italia. “By wearing the Bianconeri jersey, I have arrived in the football world. I think it’ll be my final club, as I want to stay here forever.” ( )
Fabio Capello had already tried to sign the Ajax player while he was at Roma, but the two finally managed to work together when both joined Juventus in the summer of 2004.
He made an immediate impact, scoring 16 goals in 35 Serie A appearances on his way to the Scudetto and at the weekend brought the Stadio Olimpico to its feet with a sublime individual effort in the 4-1 win over Roma.
“Juventus is one of the biggest clubs in the world, perhaps even the most important. They are the best of the best. For a Bianconeri player, it’s the same sensation as wearing the shirt of Real Madrid, Barcelona or Manchester United. No other side compares.”

Juve won the Scudetto that year and so he had no other reason but to be VERY happy with Juventus. A top 3 team of the world at the time! But then with the calciopoli Ibra pushed for a transfer - and none can blame him. He was 24 at the time and peaking his career. He had multiple options and didn't see no reason for staying with Juve to play in Serie B. Those who stayed had already proven themselves great players. In theory, Cannavaro and co were just as big traitors as Zlatan.. But I wont call them traitors, they had their reasons.. it would take years for Juventus to get back on top, even if Ibra stayed..

Ibra's not a traitor. He's just an average man. Not someone like Del Piero, who has something special inside him.
Just because Alex is special, does not make Ibra a traitor. He did what he had to do for himself like 99% of the world would. He was a victim of circumstance and took the easy way out. It's not like we were winning and he said "fuck you, sell me to Inter and Inter only".
