The teamspirit is very important in that. Critical, if you want to create hunger to go out and domminate the game, show more determination, and an undying mentality.
Place one bad player in your dressing room, and you upset this balance. Devastating

Players like Balol and Tevez, valued under their money. Why ? because they are high class in skills, but also in fucking up the dressing room. That is exactly the opposite of what we need. They would break the juventus spirit. For that reason, we shouldnt get them.

Technically, anelka is that kind of player to, but age and the temporary time spend in turin, make it hard for him to do so.
