He wasn't asked about Marrone, but I doubt he will leave. And now I'm pretty sure Conte will keep 352 both for the first team and the backup team:
Buffon; Chiellini, Bonucci, Barzagli; Asamoah, Marchisio, Pirlo, Vidal, Litch; Tevez, Llorente.
Storari; Peluso, Ogbonna, Caceres; De Ceglie, Padoin, Marrone, Pogba, Isla; Vucinic, Giovinco.
Rubinho, Pepe and a young striker to complete 25 players.

My thoughts:
- I'd like to see Conte changing the formation to 433 sometimes, at least in the backup team. 352 is becoming too predictable, with wingers that are not strong attacking. But it's not happening anytime soon, I guess.
- Also I think a good lwb is really needed. But they keep searching for players in Italy where all club owners are pricks and hate Juve...
- The first team is definitely improved. The 2nd team has valuable players as Ogbonna, Caceres, Marrone, Pogba, Isla, Vucinic, Giovinco.
- De Ceglie will keep having his opportunities... this bothers me. He has proven a long long time ago that he's not Juve material. With Peluso and him in the left it's a pretty weak defensive side.
- Now I deeply regret supporting Giac's sell. He would improve this team so much replacing Padoin in the backup's team mid. And Padoin could be a reliable wbl defensively, much more than De Ceglie.
- I really really hope that Conte rests Pirlo much more this season. He has proven many times that 2 games a week is too much for him right now. And also Marrone needs to play to develop. It's a perfect opportunity. I hope Conte trusts him much more this season.
- Giovinco once again will be deployed in the wrong position. He is by no means a CF, or even a AMC. He is a brainless player that however is very quick and shoots well. He needs to play as a winger to find his spot. That's why I was hoping that the backup team could play a 433, with him and Vucinic as wingers. Hopefully this could be done sometimes with Isla/Pepe on the right, and Gio on the left, Vucinic as a CF. Peluso and Padoin as full backs.
- I don't have a good feeling about Vucinic... I don't think he will accept the bench/rotation role well. I can see his production decreasing. Maybe the right time to sell him is now.
That's pretty much what I think about the upcoming season. I have some concerns, but if Tevez and Llorente fit well, we'll be even more of a powerhouse. Teams like Napoli and Fiorentina improved vastly though. Milan is silent but doing good moves, like Roma. Inter will focus solely in Serie A. It will definitely be more tight than last season and the best season since pre-Calciopoli IMO.
