I believed in Conte's managerial qualities as he prior to that won two promotions and plenty of experts are saying Serie B is tactically challenging. Nedved on the other hand doesn't have any experience in that department to replace Marotta.

Farfan have contract extension in april 2012. It's end in 2016. Huntelaar contract end in 2015.
