3 things
1. We have a budget and can't go too high ( Yes I do realise you need to spend big to get top players but we seem reluctant to spend more then 20 mil on a player allthough I think we will give into spending just that little more for Llorente)
2. Jovetic plays as a second striker we have vucinic and Giovinco(meh-inco) there.
3. We spent good money on Meh-inco so I don't think the board would be too impressed in buying a second striker and probably wanna give him a go

I am not an agent for Juventus I don't know EXCACTLY how much Marotta offered but that was rumoured on several newspapers
