and why do you think so ?
Because we are solid club with a great history. Solid club has to have solid players. Solid players are players who have their names in football. Because psychological factor (the atmosphere within collective) is very important. Nowadys Juve is just rising from ashes. Lets look in our squad. we have no world class stars at all except Buffon, Pirlo, and maybe Chielini. We need this psychological impact of signing some real word class players. Such purchases as Dumbia won't make such impact. He won't give enough self-confidence.
Just think about, why PSG and Man City in their attempts to become a solid clubs, buy such players as Aguerro Silva Ibra Lavezzi and so on instead of Dumbia. Because there is one way to become a solid club is to buy solid players.
Thats why I think that Marrota is obliged to do all he could to buy real WC player. Otherwise it is better to remain with Matri !!!

Your admirable talks about Pazzini, Dumbia, Levandosvski, Jovetic shocks me !!!!!!!! Last season we had an attacking line weak as shit !!!!and all of you are talking about Dumbia !!!! FUCK its sounds like total delusion !!!!!

Halabalu? Do you think Doumbia is not good enough or not enough of a "name" to sign, which you seem to suggest with ranting about name. Do you realize that players make name for themselves by playing in a top league/top club? Doumbia if he can hack it, which he has good signs for by being consistent scorer in last seasons, would EARN more of a reputation by performing in a club like ours. Thats how it was for those players you mentionned.

And why the fuck did you line up Jovetic with likes of Pazzini?

Ibra is the only "world class" player in this post. The others became world class if people like to think they are. It's a matter of opinion i guess. We tried to lure those players to Juve but the truth is that you support at team that haven't got the financial wealth to sign whoever they want. We had to sign a few quality players this summer. The next season will be a lot different from the one we just succeeded. I'm not saying Doumbia is a good or bad player but the fact that he is young, produced goals, and relatively cheap weighs a lot when it comes to the possible transfer aspect of a deal.

Two simple questions; Do you know where Radamel Falcao played before he went to FC Porto and won the Europa League? Do you know where Hulk played before he went to Porto and won the Europa League?

I admire FC Porto for their scouting. Might they be lucky? Sure. But throughout the last 5 years they've consistently signed top class players (or players who eventually turned top class).. So yes. Doumbia could becore top class with Juventus - none knows. It's how we do - take a few chances here and there, since we don't have a transfer budget on 300m €.

Falcao played for River Plate and wasn't considered anywhere near a world class striker he is today. Hulk, more surprisingly, played for Tokyo Verdy - yes, I have never heard of that club before either.

To be fair it's had some competition.
True, i might've jumped to the conclusion, but my god - that post makes so little sense that it's not even worth a response.

Obviously big players are born stars and have the reputation of a world class player before joining a big club, that's clearly how the system works

I understand all this stuff, about growing up in top rated player in top clubs and so on. But for this growth it has to be proper condition. Now, Juve is facing CL, and we have no any high skilled attacker at all. I reckon that you could allow to grow players only if you have a strong stable team. In relation to attacking line I mean to say that firstly we have to buy real leader of attack, a person with experience and name, and only after that in addition ... buy some prospect youngster or whoever you want to raise.
And about Jovetic... to be a leader in mediocre Fiorentina is not enough to become a leader in Juve. I don't say that I dont like Jovetic. Ideal variant for will be to sign Jovetich with Van Persie\Suarez\Cavani. That would be great.
