We don't really need a RW if Conte is going with 3-5-2 as his preferred formation. Which I think he will.

Which is why Pepe is perfect. He is class for a sub coming on with workrate and determination. Giving 100% for the team. Play 3-5-2 for 70 minutes and switch to a 4-3-3, adding Pepe to the RW.. That's how we've done it this season and how we should continue doing it. Only you can't change Pepe with a top class international RW like NANI - he would never accept this role.
