Nasri is a great player, but, what would be his price, what salary would he demand and most of all, i'm not that fond of getting a player who is a mercenary.
I remember him saying a couple of years back he has no respect for players who leave their clubs to go for richer clubs and then he signed for City

This has nothing to do with the mercato, but I can't help but skip through posts of people who don't have an avatar... as if they're not there.

Carry on.

i have no respect for those kind of players who like to prostitute themselves...you can never be a great in the game or a legend or an icon or remmembered in the annals of history as one of those fine players of yesteryear if u keep up that kind of behaviour...

Are we still bashing mercenaries in 2012?

Football fans has a tendency to look like the naive socialist of the 70s. Dreaming of purity and football (the world) without money involved.

If it's true about Nasri and Mancini going busto then the frenchie would probably end up in PSG. I can't see anyone else that would pay his salary and agree terms with City. Some Premier league clubs might want him (Manchester United, especially) but Mancini would not sell him there, i think.

I was about to point out that there are a lot of players who still play for the club they love and have rejected a lot of money but not many came to my mind

As if they can afford his wages :D

btw, Galliani's "loan-reputation" would be seriously damaged if they fail to buy Maxi Lopez and Aquilani.

Props to City to stand up and show balls to him in the Tevez-transfer.
