Do you want to know the scoring record in Azzurrini for Pozzi, Pelle and Freshwater?

And oooooooooh, 8 whole months? :eek:Why we are we even scouting the other losers!
¨

yeah, i did call them losers

i trust our scouts more than you. he is 20 years old, and he is viewed as one of the biggest forward talents in italy. but i guess you know better than the ppl that actually has this for a JOB.

Newsflash, a player being considered one of the biggiest forward talents in any country, not just Italy, doesnt mean much (or take much), until they shown much reason to be deemed so. He is an Azzurrini player, thats whole reason why he is "of note". I been watching Azzurrini games on and off a bit since Pirlo was owning everyone there, and you cant imagine the amount of no name strikers that been deemed such a big promise only do squat afterwards.

One just couple years ago being Aqcuafresca, also hyped for regurarly scoring there, and also Atalanta youngster. Only two strikers I seen that did well in Azzurrini turn out reasonably good in senior footie, they are Gilardino and Pazzini. Hands up how many of you want to see them in Juve right now :p

Bottomline is, Azzurrini performances is nice bonus, but they mean squat until you show signs of similar performances in senior footie, Serie B or A, and he has done neither yet, so settle done. Before you deem him "must sign because he is 8 months younger" then two players who have shown enough so far to be called up to the NT (from the same Azzurrini they were his teammates in) for their performances in where it matters, the league.

you need to stop putting words in my mouth, never said he was a must sign. 8 months is not alot, but when the players are 19-20-21 than it CAN count for something. desto and borini is clearly ahead of gabbiadini right now, but iam not sure either is possible for juve to get this year. Neither borini or desto is ready to be important for juve yet. who will turn out the best player we dont know for like 5 years, so stop pretending you know so much

I was deliberately being facetious on the "must" part, its hard to reply completely seriously to someone who says we should sign a player over two others because he is younger, like its some vital factor, when they are BORN in the same frigging year. You realize how ridicolous that sounds? But I get why you picked this weirdly irrelevant difference as a reason to sign him over them, you were simply grasping for any reason to advocate him over them, but there is no valid/relevant one. One thing to say they arent possible for Juve to get this year (they are, if we really wanted to), another is to say they arent ready to be important for Juventus, which granted they probably arent.

But they defenitely shown this past season they were the two best young italian players in the league (best young player overall was Muriel), hence why they were rewarded with NT call up. while the player you are advocating to sign "over them" because he is months younger, has scored 1 Serie A goal in 2 years. And considering the option is who to sign now, not in 5 years, how they are performing right now is kinda relevant.

P.S Dont really care about wether we sign any of them.

Now thats defenitely someone I would care about signing if we were interested in him (and it would been possible if he wasnt owned by Napoli). Way more talented then all of them, put together :p

Big fan of Gio Suns, but quite probable Insigne will turn out to better player, or atleast have stronger start to his young career then him, mainly because his balance is very good for someone the same size as Gio, plus he has a great shot and is a calm finisher.

Well, I didn't really say that he would become better or not since I have no idea and don't know the dude. All I'm reacting to is the whole "way better than Giovinco" as if Giovinco didn't just have an amazing season.

And btw Os, have you noticed how much the Swedish media loves Giovinco? Dude has so many fans, I just read Aftonbladet's "EM-bibel" and they really do love the dude and think very highly of him.
