:shifty: I'm not sure you understood what I said. I was saying that the suggestion that Suarez is better is hardly laughable, ludicrous, or worthy of ridicule. It's very plausible and reasonable to think that many people would pick/rate Rooney before Suarez, but it's also not shocking to find that some would rather go with Suarez.
My bad on that one... I agree with you there, Suarez is a classy player, nothing wrong in comparing them.

Rooney is a proven class. It cant be denied. Fortunate or not, he has proven himself. End of story.

Aguero is not better than Rooney at the moment, you also said it. Call me in 5 years and we will talk about this aggain. ;) Suarez too. They can be in the future, they have their whole career in front of them, but at the moment they are not.

And btw, prefering one player to another doesnt mean he is the better one. Just saying.

yep he is but is it smart to spend 15++ mio on a bench CB despite having one of the best defences around but not a single striker who scores the "easy" goals at a good rate? ^^
and no, i don´t think he would bench bonucci.

he's a ball playing CB? not seen too much of him but he looks good with the ball at his feet.seems capable in the LB role as well...

i woudn´t really call him a "ball playing CB". solid passer (for a CB) but nothing special.
would be ideal for the chiellini position imo. could play LB in a 433 i guess but doesn´t have the characteristics conte wants his central CB to have.

feel free to disagree. it´s not like i´ve seen him play every single game ^^

I have not seen him enough either but from what I've seen I find your judgement accurate. I've already noted before that there's other fish in the sea. He would be a tough fish to catch and is aiming for the NT which he knows will be tough to achieve if he's warming our bench.

true. having said that, i would absolutely love to have him here if we had more money and our squad was more balanced... especially because i don´t want him to join milan, inter or napoli :(

Holy shit Ashley Cole's out of contract in the summer. We should be getting right in there. Ashley cole on the left of our 352? Yes please. Also he's obviously great in a back 4 if we go back to that. This Thursday he turns 32. Only problem is with wages which obviously will be sky high. But it's not my job to worry about that, it's Marotta's :D
