We don't need Pazzini, Matri is better.
However, Conte preferred Borriello a lot to Matri, presumably because Borriello is more of a target man and more comfortable playing with his back to goal.
Matri is better at playing like that than Pazzini, I think, so one would think it odd to go for Pazzini in that regard.
However, if Juve were going to have players like Jovetic, Vucinic and Giovinco in the squad, there would be less need for the prima punta in the squad to be a target man as other players would be used if Conte wanted someone in that position to link the play.
Therefore, maybe the prima punta is just to be primarily a bench option to come on when Juve are struggling to get a goal in a game.
In that case, I'd take Pazzini over Matri, as I consider him a better pure goal-scorer.
So you're saying:
Pazzini
Quagliarella
Giovinco
Vucinic
Jovetic
for only two spots?
A bit too much I think. But sounds OK.

Don't think it's too much.
Pretty standard for a team in the CL to have five forwards playing for a couple of spots.
Serie A has figured Krasic out. He's an old-fashion limited winger.
I think he still has a lot to offer a counter-attacking team, as there will be space for him to get up a head of steam and then he's pretty tough to stop.
He's not going to make an impact if he has to play in small spaces like Juve need their wingers to do, due to Juve dominating games under Conte.
