Too bad Giuseppe Rossi's career is over, he could've been a good signing for us.
He plays well with Gio. I used to watch the U-21 when they we're playing together it was fantastic to watch.
But yeah , i think he won't be able to recover back to his full potential after the injury setback.

Lets think about the potential center forward options with estimated value in brackets (a bit of guess work here):

Van Persie (30m) - Arsenal
Falcao (>30m) - Atletico Madrid
Torres (30m?) - Chelsea
Benzema (30-35m?) - Real Madrid
Higuain (30-35m?) - Real Madrid
Dzeko (20-30m?) - Man City
Cavani (30-40m) - Napoli - (Napoli boss on drugs when he said he is worth 70m)
Neymar (30m +) - Santos
Suarez (25m) - Liverpool
Tevez (25m) - Man City
Huntelaar (20m) - Shalke
Lewandowski (15m) - Borrusia Dortmand
Mandzukic (10-12m) - Wolfsburg

Out of that list......I like Van Persie, Dzeko, Cavani, Higuain and Benzema. Other interesting ones are players like Neymar and Tevez but I wonder whether they fit in the Juve mould - character is equally important according to Conte and Marrotta. Don't much about Falcao but he is apparently very good.

Dzeko would be a reasonable option. He'll be an upgrade with our other current CFs and he won't cost as much as other alternatives, I also think he'd fit with last season's 4-3-3 or 3-5-2. And with him not regularly starting at City, maybe Marotta can squeeze his usual loan with buy option move.
