I am starting to warm up on the idea of Balotelli coming here. If he plays like he does for Italy and Conte works on his mentality (and he feels he can connect with the player) I think we could have the best CF in an year at most. He has it all and his work rate is just amazing for a 190 cms guy. Mancini might be good at some things, but he can't install winning mentality in his players and get them motivated and mentally prepared. I still remember his CL bloops with prInter. :sergio:
Anyway with our tifosi on his back and a coach that can channel his anger and frustration into the right places Balotelli would be a beast and a certain starter for Italy in the next 8 years or so. If he steps up his performance all will be forgiven and he would be in the songs of the tifosi, which I presume would grant him double the satisfaction and confidence. It seems he likes challenges and I know its a gamble, but I don't think we can loose much. Especially if we get him ~20m and ~5m per season wages.

So true. If Conte takes the beast and tames him. Gets him out of his own head he would be unbelievable

Excuse me what? If he plays like he does for Italy? He was absolutely the worst player on the pitch today. Totally useless.
:sergio:
So untrue. And just for the record the worst player on the pitch today was JEWvinco. I have the strange feeling Inter hold some valuable cards in their deck about Balotelli and we know we have an ace if they want the midget... :snoop:

PS: They should have made an interview with Giovinco's agent after the game and ask him where exactly does he sees his client fit in Barcelona? B or C team? :D
He isn't a forward, cause he doesn't have the strength even for a fake 9er (like messi), he doesn't have the speed and stamina to be an SS/Wide forward - I give him that has an eye for passes and technique- but if someone offers 15m for our share - SELL!

Giovinco was shit for 25 minutes. Balotelli was shit for 57 minutes. You do the math.

Well let's just agree to disagree on this one. I think Balotelli put an impressive performance and the pundits are just earning their wages by talking crap. Since he is someone that is almost biologically connected with troubles in the mind of each and every respectable 'pundit' - they went to bash him.
Wait and see if Andy Caroll puts a similar performance he would be duly knighted, branded Andy "Lion Heart" Van Basten and referees pussies for showing cards too often..

balotelli was not shit, he was running and pressing the whole time. Created a great chance for himself before he fell asleep right infront of the goal. balo is atleast two classes above gio in everything.

gio looked clueless, apart from the one pass.

It's like talking with Borriello supporters. No matter how bad he is, I will always read thing like "he fought hard", "he made his presence".

WHO CARES?

He was the worst Italian player, his play didn't do anything good for the team. He wasted the best chance of the game and did it in a pathetic way. He is a striker, he is supposed to score goals and create danger which he didn't do at all. 5 minutes after he is subbed, Di Natale does what Balotelli should have done. That's a real striker.

He was also chosen as the worst Italian player by pretty much every source, be it english, italian or whatever. Only his biggest fanboys here can say he did anything good and didn't play bad.

Every time I watch Balotelli play, I get more clear on the "should we sign him" thought. This guy is the worst shit ever. HOPE to never ever see him anywhere near our team..

YES I know he is very talented, but the dude got issues!
