IN: Van Persie (35m), Robben (20m), Dzeko (25m), Caceres (7m), Nesta (free), Giovinco (7m for 50%) = ~95m
OUT: Krasic (9m), Elia (7m), Quagliarella (10m), Melo (10m), Bonucci (8-10m), Padoin (3m), Martinez 2-3m, Others (5m) = 55-60m.

NET = ~35-40m. Its a lot but we have spent more in the past without champions league football and wasted it on a heaps of average players. The squad has a solid backbone, just needs class to shoot for scudetto and champions league competitiveness.

Squad:

Buffon
Storari
Manninger

Lichsteiner
Caceres
Barzagli
Chiellini
Nesta
De Ceglie

Vidal
Pirlo
Marchisio
Marrone
Appelt
Bouy
Giaccherini
Pepe

Van Persie
Robben
Giovinco
Vucinic
Dzeko
Vucinic

Imagine a first choice 11:

------------------------Buffon---------------------

Lichsteiner----Barzagli----Chiellini----De Ceglie

------------Vidal------Pirlo------Marchisio-------

--------Robben------Dzeko-----Van Persie-------

Bench:
Storari
Caceres
Nesta
Marrone/Bouy/Appelt
Giaccherini/Pepe
Vucinic/Giovinco
Matri

That would be a VERY strong team. Starting 11 identical to current except the front 3. We should spend MASSIVE there.

Robben 20m? He will cost at least 30-35. Dzeko also. And there is no club who will pay more than a million for Martinez.

Cavani will be great if he does come,He reminds me a lot like trez, his very accurate one touch passes,he doesnt spend so much time with it and of course the way he finds space, not as good as trez, but he is damn close to it..
Not as good as Trez in terms of accuracy but twice as good at everything else

van persie will cost less , only one year of contract , if robben has renewed he will cost much more than 20 mil , i have a feeling martinez will go on loan to montevideo

If we're can make only one world class signing this summer, would you choose a WC CF or a WC RWF? I'd go CF.

Pepe - Cavani - Vucinic
Ramirez - Cavani - Vucinic
Ilicic - Cavani - Vucinic

All three of those are definitely not WC RWF's, but I think having Cavani there is more important.

funny how people think if we throw 30 mill at a team they will sell us their star player. Did anyone consider what kind of wages they will be on? no it is fantasy football and a waste of time even thinking about it

How much would Cavani cost? And if Napoli makes CL it would be harder to buy him

Amauri is gone that will free up some wages

Cavani is on 2.5M a year. Very possible.
im sure there are teams who are prepared to pay at least twice what he currently earns remember aguero?, and that is before you even think about the other signings such as dzeko and van persie

the players in coming totally outweighs the outgoings in terms of wages. pure fantasy football
