you know secco was a complete moron, but his heart was in the right place.

crazy money spent on amauri

crazy money on diego

same for melo

he wnated to make immediate impact.

ffs marrotta, don't penny pinch on one quality player, only to get us 2 cack ones for the same amount.

not every forward is a del piero or di natale where they will perform in their late playing stages.

no more fringe players. the forwards we sign have to be immediate impact players. if we can waste money on the likes of martinez, quag and elia only not to use them, we should and must spend good money on good players
I don't even like Berbatov much, I was considering how we might have extra funds if we bring in someone out of contract and sell Iaquinta+another of our forwards.

Like i said, Pirlo is more creative with his passes, but i think Xabi is more precise with his long range passes.

This is one of the best long range passes i've ever seen :D

I could find videos of pirlos passing (i am lazy now and won't do it) and he does long passes that are millimetrically precise

I know, :D

Saying that Xabi's long range passes are more precise doesn't make Pirlo a bad passer. He's still one of the best tough.

But that's a matter of opinions.

So far, Marotta > Secco.

Sure Secco brought some bigger stars in, but he overpaid for them like there was no tomorrow and they really under performed for us.

If Marotta can pull something off like this, I vow not to make fun of him anymore. :D

Dzeko/Higuain, Destro, Giovinco, Verratti, Giaccherini, Caceres, Astori

That would give us our cutting edge attacker, a youth player with the ability to grow big, give strength to our wing, invest in the future Pirlo - dare I say better, a backup to Marchisio/Vidal and reinforcements to our back line.

I pray every single day to the football gods that Galatasaray use the buyback clause. That 13m € right there for Marotta to sign Alejandro Gomez. :seven:
