What the hell Higuain has 14 goals this season? More than Benzema?

I thought he's fallen out of favour and hasn't been playing much?

well higuain plays very close to goal , benzema plays further and benzema also helps his team mates , and can handle being a lone striker a maintaining the ball
instead higuain is only a finisher , althrough a WC finisher

By haters, you mean people with commen sense ?

yes, lets base a mercato around replacing our best offensive player (vucinic)

if there is 1 player we shouldnt replace, if only for the sake of team mechanics, its vucinic
There is no common sense in discrediting Giovinco anymore.

And with Giovinco here doesn't mean that Vucinic should be on the bench of vice versa. Vucinic is comfortable enough to play on the right.

Giovinco - Rossi - Vucinic

I think that would be great. All of them can score, all of them can create and all of them can play in all the spots. Great versatility and good quality. Also its realistic and wouldn't cost us too much. 8-9 million for Giovinco's half and 20 million for Rossi.

Shaquiri in Pepe's place!

What you guys think about Patrice Evra? He likes Italy, has played for Monza before.
Evra doesn't like Italy. He loves the Premier League and the fact that the racism in the arenas is not noticeable.

Doesn't Giovinco go to auction this summer?

He doesn't mind getting abused by opposition players though.

Nothing great about it; a minor upgrade. Having Rossi as our marquee signing is totally barf-worthy. This team might do well in Serie A (2'nd place because Serie A is weak), but we will get raped in the CL with such a toothless and lightweight attack. Take out Rossi and put in a WC player in his place and you have a decent team, even if Gio shouldn't be guaranteed a starting spot.

Rossi is a must buy if his price drops from what it was rumored at this summer. He's a freakin goal machine. He's scored 82 goals at Villarreal (according to his wiki) and he has a lot of European experience.

I think the only issue is the future of his leg after the injury and iirc he's a Milan fan so we may not be able to trust him. :)

He would score for us, a lot.

IMO. :)

Juve admit to minnows problem
By Football Italia staff

Juventus director general Beppe Marotta has admitted that his team do struggle to breakdown teams who primarily opt to defend.

The Old Lady were held to their fourth home draw of the season against Siena on Sunday. That 0-0 followed ties with Bologna, Genoa and Cagliari.

“We’ve drawn with four mid-table sides, teams who are not amongst the top outfits,” Marotta told Radio Rai on Monday.

“This demonstrates that we do have problems in getting through these defences. However, I do think that Serie A is the most balanced championship in Europe.”

While Milan have a player like Zlatan Ibrahimovic to resolve games, it is said that the Turin giants lack a star-man who can win a match on his own.

“The statistics speak for themselves as we adopted a policy of rejuvenation at this club,” the official added.

“Within a year and a half we changed 19 players from 24, so there are only five players from the old management.

“It is clear that the players of great value, the talents of the game, are rare and involve significant financial investment.

“Our first job was to work on quantity, then quality this year and we will see what we do next time…”

Returning to the 0-0 with Siena, Marotta was yesterday very critical of the decision not to award a penalty to Juventus for a Simone Vergassola handling offence.

“I just wanted to highlight the fact that there needs to be more attention when deciding which referees are given which games,” he added.

“I’ve always said that the big teams need to have the best and most experienced referees. Certain games need experienced officials and a referee who knows how to handle difficult situations.

“Look at players. If you have talent then you can play for a big club when you are 16, but players who are not that good are sent out to smaller clubs to gain experience. It should be the same for referees.”

I've been trying to say this since we sold Trezeguet. We need a game changer over any other position now. We needed one the moment we sold Trez and Amauri starting going to hell in a hand basket.

We don't have a difference maker that can change the course of our struggling games, such as Ibrahimovic at Milan.

This summer, before we buy any LB, CM backup, etc...we need a Mr. X.

Ramirez and Higuain to dispose of, I mean replace Pepe and Matri.

Ramirez Higuain and Vucinic in an attacking trident would be awesome. It's quite evident that we need more than one quality player in the attacking third. I don't care if Ramirez is young; he is talented and has the potential to be huge, while Pepe is just Pepe, a limited albeit hardworking individual with zero creativity/flair and no end product. Matri is wasteful, and not as clinical as he should be, and therefore needs to be a bench option, not the starter for a Juventus team with ambition.

Recall Gio, send Borriello back to Roma in a used condom, and we are set.
I like the way you think.
