One thing I noticed is that some of his more expensive purchases haven't worked out as well as his cheaper buys, but he's pulled in enough players that it hasn't really mattered. So now it's up to him to prove that he can find that one star who can compliment the current squad and take it to the next level.

Definitely not at the moment, but for the first time in many years, we're actually on the right track to getting there.
