Conte asked for Giacch. I dunno the story behind Esti and Elia, but this solid base thing you talk about can only happen with continuity. Right now, Marrotta has been the culprit behind chopping and changing a lot of players. It doesn't help build a base, it destroys it. Nothing wrong at all. But he overdoes it I think. Not necessarily in the club's best interest. Take the Boriello deal for example or the Esti deal. They look great on the outside, but what do you think these guys are thinking? They are unsure of their future at the club. What is Matri thinking, Boriello is here, how is that showing him in anyway e club has faith in him or his ability? No stability for the club in the long term.

Seasons are long. A lot can happen during the season. Injuries, drop in form, team crisis, sacked coach. Anything. They can't account for the variables that await them. Point being you've got to have a core set of players at the club and the odd loan is understandable, but you can't have a little less than half a squad on loan. Its not very bright.

Yes. Trezeguet, Camoranesi and Diego must really have been hurting this team much more an Martinez, Bonnucci and Motta did. Surely. Who said thte job was easy? But when one takes up a job he needs to be qualified enough to do it. And please understand the meaning of resources before listing it down because from what you will read and find out through a little more research, Juventus net spends were more than most clubs in the mercato the last season, which would perhaps explain a thing to you about how easy or difficult this job is. And it doesn't take a genius to tell how players will turn out in one or two years. An Aguero, Rossi or Pastore would turn out very differently than a Motta, Pepe or Martinez. Weren't those the names that were promised in the summer? What the fuck happened there? I'll tell you. Marrotta realised he's out of his fucking mind, and depth to be at this position. And fortunately Agnelli reigned in Conte to help the poor man with his short sighted vision for the club that's become a fucking revolving door in his time here. No ideas. No vision. Penny pinching mentality - even that couldn't stop us from being one of Europes top spenders. He and we, would be the same train wreck that we were last year if it wasn't for Conte's vision, beliefs and firm ideas.

players can fail, at any point, just look at veron back at man utd. or half what madrid buys etc

lischt deal was discused with conte but we were dealing with him before conte arrived but he still came conte gave aproval that's normal lischt is not contes doing
if you know contes 424 you will understand that conte doesn't actually like his lb and rb to go and help that much in offense he likes them blocked like chiellini in contes 424 actually it is like you play with 4 cb even lischt has said it himself in an interview at the first games that conte doesn't like him to go up
so you totally off with the lischt deal

and the one who wanted inler were both of them and conte gave aproval , inler also wanted us but udinese had promised him to napoli so thats why he didn't come
and for vidal i have heard conte with my ears saying that he didn't know the player and thanked marotta forbringing him here unless i was drunk when i heard him (and that is kinda posible )

than esti and elia came because conte needed wings considering that in his 424 wings do a lot of work and get tired
when he was at siena the wings were his first substitutions
if conte had decided from the start to play with 433 we wouldn't have got them , probably we would have got a cb he insisted with the 424-442 and we got them , fortunatelly he has been demostrating to be very flexible tactically and we actually went for the 433 and have also used 442 and 352
and some wings now don't find much space they are not very useful
