Milan would be nailed on to win the league if they signed a midfielder (or two) like De Rossi or Schweinsteiger. Their CM is their weakest area, signing one of those guys would boost it considerably. Signing Tevez won't mean much in terms of the Scudetto race in the grand scheme of things IMO.
