Where will Jovetic play if he comes? We'll probably use the 4-3-3 again next year so where will we place Jovetic. The only place I can see him cover in 4-3-3 is Vucinic's current spot and I just don't see him replacing Mirko and putting his NT captain and good friend on the bench.

We'll definitely need a bigger squad with lots of quality, but I just don't see Jovetic of all people to be the one who'll put Vucinic on the bench. I can see much worse players than Jojo benching Mirko, but not Jojo himself.

Pepe's place. As good as Pepe has been this year, I think both Marotta and Conte will admit they'll need quality uptop if we get into Champions League, and again most places are saying it's Conte pushing for Jovetic(sorry Jack )

Yeah, I was thinking the same but it's probably not that complicated. He'll get the offer, think "Oh, how great it is that I get to sign for the biggest club in Italy and meet my heroes, Nedved and Vucinic." He'll outshine Vucinic in training, Conte will love him. He gets the starting spot and Mirko is looking for a new club at the end of the season.

On paper, one would be on the right side and one on the left, sure, but I wouldn't keep them tactically rigid, would work better if they were actively moving all over the attack.
