Yes, i believe so too, but if he really wants to leave, he should be the only CM option we should consider.
We are stack up with CM solutions, if we need more, we can always bring back Melo, for extra quality on the bench.
But to consider yet another CM, would be utterly idiotic, as it is the last thing we are going to need in the next yeras, after all those massive investments we made in the past 6 years.
However a great leap in quality and someone who would significally weaken a main adversary and satisfy our nationalism, like DDR for free, should be considered...
Although i agree its unrealistic and we will never leave Roma, the more we flirt with him, the more will have to offer him and the more resources and times they will lose, at their fight to stregthen their team. So, its in our best interest to hunt him and harrash them.
1-True, though if Ciga comes for free, in order to replace Pazienza, i wouldnt mind, on the contrary, as we adore adding each and every year a new Italian CM, i would prefer a free one, instead of wasting any more time or not even one cent.
2-And i have lost hope that we will ever go for quality over quantity, as long as Agnelii are running the show, mediocrity is their trademark...
1- A creative midfielder will be needed, only, if we sell off Krasic, and he should be winger if we keep the 4-4-2 or 4-5-1 variation.
If we opt for the 4-3-3, we dont need an AMF, we need a prolific finisher, as we have enough CMs (Pirlo, Marchisio, Vidal, PAzienza, Melo +2-3 younsters)
enough SSs (Giachh, Quaq, Iaq, Vucinic, Giovinco and a youngster) and no option to the hybrid SS/CF, called Matri, esp after DP and Toni are released.
2- True, PIrlo seems to have yet another year as a starter, but considering the future, we should risk him for DDR, esp if we dont lose a peeny, since we didnt pay for Pirlo, neither will pay for DDr.

And 2- who the hell can e T.Silva better than Chiellini ?! He had one great season till now while Chiellini had 3 great seasons even he was playing with average players around .
Vidic is 30 y old i would buy him for something like 20 mln E without thinking twice , but i'm affraied they would ask more than 25 mln E for him

These are not the players I would pick if I could've picked anyone in the world, but realistically speaking, I think these would be some of the best deals we could pull off:
Get Tevez for free when he gets fired, get Rossi on the cheap (take advantage of the injury situation). Then splash the cash on Hummels and Cissokho.
Amauri and Iaquinta out. We also know that Del Piero is leaving, so that's 3 strikers on their way out. Just mentioning this to justify the Tevez and Rossi moves. As for Hummels and Cissokho, I think they are the missing pieces for the defense. Who the fuck would get past Lichtsteiner - Barzagli (or Chiellini) - Hummels - Cissokho?
